My order is missing

In rare instances, your order may fail to reach you despite the carrier's tracking indicating delivery. If the tracking information confirms Delivered, but you cannot locate your package within 48 hours of the expected delivery date, please perform the following steps:

  • Conduct a thorough search around the delivery location, including potential alternate delivery spots (e.g., nearby apartment entrances).
  • Check your mailbox or any designated mail storage areas.
  • Inquire with other household members to ascertain if anyone accepted the package on their behalf.
  • Send us your verified delivery address to verify that, that's what has been used during checkout.

If, after 48 hours from the expected delivery date, you remain unable to locate your package, please please contact our customer support team immediately at help@welcome.baby. Make sure to provide your order details and shipping address. We will investigate the issue and take the necessary steps to resolve it.
