I forgot my password. What should I do?

If your login details seem incorrect, you can easily reset your password by following these steps:

1. Tap Forgot your password? on the login screen.
2. Enter the email linked to your account and tap Reset.
3. If the email is recognized, you’ll get a confirmation message. Check your spam or junk folder if needed. If no email arrives, contact help@welcome.baby.
4. Click the link in the email to set a new password. The link expires after 24 hours.
5. Log in again using your new password.
